• Understanding overall IoT device software architecture and hardware interfaces
• Coordinating implementation of embedded software roadmap
• Coordination of software design changes and bug fixes with Hardware, Firmware, Cloud
• team members Interact with Engineering and Product managers to understand business & product requirements and continuously enhance architecture to meet the same.
• Perform design and code reviews and work with the team in design and development.
• Collaborate with cloud architect for Device-Cloud integration
• Study the latest trend/standards in IoT related to (but not limited to) all RF technologies
• Assisting with skill development planning and test planning of the team
• Technical point of contact
• Strong programmer tools skillset of using IDEs, GIT, bug trackers, JSON formals, etc. 

• Strong C and python programming skills and capability of debugging code
• Good communication especially on technical design
• Hands on experience with handling Embedded software activities across all aspects of  software architect
• Customer interaction capabilities and experience
• Good technical team interaction capabilities
• Strong Linux knowledge  

• Preferably prior IoT product development experience, MQTT
• Preferably prior RF experience
• Preferably exposure to AI tools
• End to End Knowledge of an IoT System Architecture 

• Total experience of 6+ years in embedded software development
• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering disciplines from an accredited institute (IOT, Computer science or software engineering preferred) with demonstrable programming  and architecture understanding capabilities
• Proven C/C++/python skills.
• Practical experience in software engineering techniques and design methodologies
